I am getting into this aspect of my divorce (QDRO, Stock Division, Pension) and we were somewhat "assigned" by her lawyer or should I say he picked them to do the division. It is a firm in Jefferson County. Doing some investigating and it looks from your information that I had a choice in the matter. Using hotel computer but will check back. I read the posts and it's somewhat comical that one guy posts to blog & is picking up (hooking up, asking out) a woman blogging about divorce and finances. Man, not looking forward to being single and doing stuff like that :( Is this a firm or an individual? I like to hear what other peoples opinions are. To answer your question, no I have never been married. However, I have been in the middle of hundreds of divorce cases and I've seen a lot of marriages fall apart simply because of financial issues. If only those couples could have had some financial counseling in the beginning of their marriage, maybe the marriage wouldn't have fallen apart so abruptly. It's my goal to reach those couples I just described BEFORE the divorce reaches them. Again, thank you so much for your comment!
